Delivery and Returns

Due to the heavy demand during our Black Friday sale, please allow 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

 

We offer a flat delivery charge of $7.95 for nationwide delivery, or FREE for orders over $100.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email letting you know the tracking information.

Please note during major promotional events and public holidays such as Afterpay Day Sale, Easter, Anzac Day, Flash Sales, Labour Weekend, Seasonal Sales End Of Season Sales, Black Friday Sale, Christmas and New Year please allow up to an additional 5 business days for your delivery to be dispatched from our Distribution centre.

We deliver to all addresses nationwide in New Zealand (including PO boxes). For more information regarding delivery please visit www.nzpost.co.nz

International delivery is currently unavailable.

To ensure you receive your order we recommend providing a delivery address where you are present during regular business hours, such as an office address.

Once an order has left our Auckland distribution centre, Bendon Lingerie do not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items in transit

Note: During major promotional events and special occasions (such as Easter, Flash Sales, Labour Weekend, Seasonal Sales, Black Friday, Sale, and Christmas) please allow an additional 1-5 business days for your delivery to arrive.

Items delivered while you are out

If you are not at home during the time of delivery, they will leave a card for you to call to rearrange delivery. You will have the option of arranging another delivery to either the same address, a different address, or a nearby Courier Post depot or Post Shop.

Click and Collect Available in Selected Stores

Click and Collect is currently available in selected stores :  Botany, New Market, Riccarton and Napier. 

Click and collect is a free service and we will endeavour to have Click and Collect orders ready within 48 hours. 

Once you have placed a Click and Collect order online you will receive an order confirmation confirming your order.  When your order is ready for collection you will be sent an email confirming it is ready to be collected.  Please ensure you bring a copy of your Order Collection email and a form of photo identification.

If items within your click and collect order are unfortunately unavailable you will be notified and refunded via your payment method.

Click and Collect orders not collected within 10 days of when the order is ready to collect will be cancelled and refunded back to your original payment method.

If for any reason you need to return your click and collect order, you are able to return this in store.  Orders paid for by Afterpay or Paypal will need to be refunded by our online customer service team and this will be completed within 3-5 business days.

 

Returns

Free returns within 30 Days of purchase. Our returns process can take up to 28 days.  If you have any questions regarding a return please Contact us.  Due to the volume of parcels within the New Zealand Post and Courier network, we recommend purchasing additional tracking for peace of mind.  

If you’re unhappy with the products you received from Bendon Lingerie, simply return them within 30 days of delivery and we’ll happily provide an exchange or refund, for free.

Your products must be in the condition you received them:

  • Unworn
  • Unsoiled
  • Intact, with tags attached.  Preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged.
  • Returns/ Exchanges will not be accepted on items that are Clearance or Final sale.

For me. by Bendon Solutions we cannot accept returns on these if the packaging has been opened

Gift Cards are not eligible for refund or return.

Items purchased in Final Clearance and marked as CLEARANCE are not eligible for return, refund or exchange for change of mind including if you have purchased the wrong size.  Please choose carefully.

Please note: if you choose to send your items back to us, your original delivery fee is non refundable

Exchanges

Due to a system issue we are currently unable to process exchanges for online orders.  We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Faulty Items

Although we do our best to ensure we only provide the best quality product, unfortunately from time to time faults can occur. To resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you send the product back to us with a detailed description of the fault. Our quality care team will assess the damage and we will be in contact with you via email.

Please note: if you choose to send your items back to us, your original delivery fee is non-refundable

If for any reason you would like to return your product, here are your options:

In-store

Take the product to your nearest Bendon Lingerie Store.

Our trained staff will happily assist you in-store, helping you to find your perfect size.

We’re happy to accept Online returns in-store (excluding Swimwear in Bendon Outlet stores), as long as you have your confirmation email and invoice slip from inside your package.

Please note: If you purchased Online using Laybuy, Paypal or Afterpay you will need to post this back to us as we cannot offer refunds in store via these payment methods.

Complete and print the Returns form here

Pack all products, with your Exchanges & Returns form inside a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed label (included with your original order) to your package, making sure you cover or remove original address label. Just in case you have misplaced this, our address is:

Processing Refunds

Visit your local Post Office and send the package back to us at the above address

Once received, we will inspect and process your return. Please allow up to 28 days for the return to be processed.
